SUNVZN Media - General Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by SUNVZN Media, including photography, videography, and content creation. By booking services through SUNVZN Media, clients agree to the following terms:
1. Booking & Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. The deposit amount will be outlined during the booking process and must be paid within the agreed-upon timeframe to confirm the booking.
Full payment is due on the day of the shoot unless otherwise arranged prior to the session. Failure to pay the balance in full may result in a delay or cancellation of services.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but any changes will not affect confirmed bookings.
2. Photo/Video Rights
SUNVZN Media retains the right to use all images and videos created during the session for marketing, promotional purposes, portfolio updates, or showcasing on social media platforms. By booking any service, the client agrees to allow SUNVZN Media to use their content in this manner unless otherwise agreed upon in writing before the shoot.
Clients may request a written agreement prior to the session if they prefer their images not be used for promotional purposes. This must be communicated clearly and confirmed by SUNVZN Media in advance of the session.
3. Usage & Copyright
SUNVZN Media retains full ownership and copyright of all photos and videos produced during any session.
Clients receive a limited license to use photos and videos for personal or business purposes as outlined in their package agreement, after purchasing the images or video content.
The resale or redistribution of images or videos created by SUNVZN Media without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
4. Unauthorized Use
Any unauthorized use, sharing, or distribution of photos or videos without purchasing them is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, using watermarked images in any form, sharing proofs, or using unlicensed content on any platform.
Clients must purchase the rights to use any photo or video before using it in any form, personal or commercial.
Unauthorized usage may result in legal action and the imposition of additional fees.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling Policy
Clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of the session. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied toward a future booking if cancellation notice is provided within the required time frame.
In the case of rescheduling, the new date must be mutually agreed upon and scheduled within 30 days of the original booking date.
6. Turnaround Time
SUNVZN Media strives to deliver all finalized photos or videos within the specified time frame agreed upon at booking, typically between 3-5 business days. Rush delivery services may be available upon request and will incur additional fees.
7. Liability
SUNVZN Media is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during the session.
SUNVZN Media is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to technical failures, inclement weather, or client tardiness.
8. Final Edits
All final images or videos delivered will be edited according to the package or service agreement. Any additional edits requested beyond the agreed-upon number may incur extra charges.
9. Client Agreement
By booking a service with SUNVZN Media, the client agrees to these terms and conditions and acknowledges that they have read and understood their rights and responsibilities.
